Experienced Doula Offering Compassionate Support

Hi, I’m Cheryl Klugmann!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt called to support families through the transformative journey of birth. The experiences of welcoming my own children almost two decades ago deepened that calling and inspired me to begin this beautiful path as a professional doula supporting others. Today, I’m honored to lead my own practice alongside an exceptional team who are called to support families in the same way, and we genuinely love what we do — helping families bring their birthing and postpartum dreams to life.

I became a certified birth doula through DONA International in January 2012 and later expanded my training to include postpartum doula, breastfeeding specialist, and sleep specialist certifications. I’m also HypnoBirthing trained and offer Spinning Babies techniques to help guide babies into the optimal position before and during labor. I maintain current CPR certification to ensure the highest level of safety and care. My team adds childbirth education and placenta encapsulation to our offerings.

Education and evidence-based support are at the heart of my practice. My goal is to empower families with knowledge and to offer continuous, compassionate, and nonjudgmental support every step of the way — from pregnancy through birth and postpartum. It’s an incredible privilege to walk alongside families during such intimate and meaningful moments, and I consider it a true blessing to work in a field that I love so deeply.

I am proud to support families of all sizes and makeups — including LGBTQIA+ parents, surrogates, single parents, disabled parents, and BIPOC families. Every family’s story is unique, and I would be honored to be part of yours, wherever your journey may lead. It is deeply important to me that every parent feels seen, respected, and supported throughout their experience. My commitment is to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space where all families can feel confident in their parenting decisions.
