Birth is one of life’s most transformative experiences, and every family deserves to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the journey. For more than 15 years, I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of families through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and experienced birth doula, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your family’s unique goals and needs.

From the moment you book until well after your baby arrives, I provide personalized support designed to help you navigate pregnancy, labor, birth, and the transition into parenthood with confidence.

Your Birth Doula Package Includes:

Two Personalized Prenatal Visits (1 hour each)

First Prenatal Visit: During our first meeting, we’ll get to know one another while discussing your birth preferences, goals, medical history, and any questions or concerns you may have. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan that reflects your values and helps you feel informed, supported, and confident as you prepare for birth.

Second Prenatal Visit: As your due date approaches, we’ll spend time preparing for labor, birth, and the transition into parenthood. Together we’ll review comfort measures, labor positions, partner support, pain management options, signs of labor, when to contact me, what to expect during your birth, immediate postpartum recovery, newborn feeding, and any remaining questions, so you and your support person feel confident, prepared, and supported before labor begins.

Unlimited Communication

You’ll have unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy. Whether you have questions, need reassurance, or simply want guidance as your due date approaches, I’ll be available every step of the way.

Continuous Labor & Birth Support

When labor begins, I’ll provide continuous support throughout your active labor and birth. Together we’ll use movement, positioning, hands-on comfort techniques, breathing strategies, and evidence-based guidance to help labor progress while keeping you as comfortable, informed, and confident as possible. I’ll remain by your side through your baby’s birth and the Golden Hour, helping facilitate immediate skin-to-skin contact, support your first feeding, and ensure a smooth transition into those precious first moments as a family.

One Postpartum Visit

After your baby arrives, we’ll meet once more to reflect on your birth experience, answer any questions, support your physical and emotional recovery, assess infant feeding, and help ease your transition into parenthood. Additional resources and referrals will be provided whenever appropriate.

Investment

Birth doula services begin at $3,000. Pricing may vary based on travel distance and location.
